After the holidays, we know that one of the most anticipated times of the year is Tax Season.
Whether you’re due a refund, owe money or break even — we know how complex taxes can get when you’ve got multiple income streams, buy or sell a home, unemployment, dependents, charitable donations and much, much more.
So here’s what you need for your tax appointment this season:
- Gather your tax documents & upload them into our secure Portal. (Feel free to email us if you need help!)
- Confirm your stimulus payment amounts, if any, through the IRS and/or your bank account. (The most important piece is the stimulus amounts.)
- Complete this document for your stimulus payments & add it to your Portal. (We can also generate a fillable PDF for you within your Portal if you prefer.)
- Sign our Engagement Letter — pages 3 & 4 of your Tax Organizer which, as a client, you should’ve received in early January. (And can also be found in your Portal!)
Schedule your appointment with Dave HERE at least one week after uploading your docs. (Don’t forget to email us to confirm that you’ve uploaded everything so we can move forward.)
